About the role
As a Technical Support Specialist at Visma PubliTech, you'll be a member of a team of committed colleagues that share a passion for troubleshooting and solving problems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our clients, which include municipalities and regions across Sweden.
In this role, your duties will centre around offering technical support and troubleshooting for our system for healthcare logistics, Sesam. This position is customer-centric, involving frequent interaction to ensure our clients receive the best possible assistance.
Your internal interactions include not only your immediate colleagues in the support team but also a broader collaboration with other teams in technology, product & development, and application consulting. Together, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with our products, system solutions, and services.
Your primary tasks will include:
Troubleshoot and guide customers with questions and issues
Perform version upgrades to ensure our customers are always on the latest and best developed version of the software
Perform complete, accurate, and timely entry of information into Service Cloud (CRM) for all cases worked on by prioritising and classifying cases according to appropriate criticality
Work continuously with improving our processes and contribute to upkeep our innovative mindset
Prioritise high customer attendance and personal support to achieve best in class customer experience measured through tNPS
Assist customers in shorter consulting assignments, enabling their IT to perform local installations such as server migrations, db back-ups etc.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to a knowledge sharing environment
Contribute to our communication and development of Visma Community and participate in events and-or webinars when arranged.
The position is a permanent employment, with Stockholm or Malmö as the primary location since most team members are based there. However, for the right candidate, other locations may be considered.

Customer focus is important to you, and you understand the value of delivering quality. You enjoy guiding clients, are perceived as service-oriented, attentive, and reliable. Additionally, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements and personal qualities
Higher education in IT or similar
> 4 years of technical customer service experience
Ability to work in a high pace and continuously changing environment
High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Microsoft SQL Server
Scripting in PowerShell
Server infrastructure, Windows server
Ability to decipher, analyze, and troubleshoot problems related to query execution
